Colleo gives your business AI staff that write drafts of replies, posts, documents and other work. You review the drafts and decide what happens to them. Colleo does not send anything on your behalf unless you connect an account and allow it.
You must give true details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
You own what you put into Colleo and what your staff produce for you. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. You promise you have the right to use what you upload, such as logos and photos.
AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking drafts before they are used or sent. Some kinds of work are always held for your approval. Do not use Colleo for work that must never contain an error without your own review, such as legal, medical or financial advice.
Each plan includes a number of tasks each month. What counts as a task is explained on the tasks page. Monthly tasks reset on the 1st and do not roll over. Top-up tasks last 60 days. Prices are shown before you pay.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. Tasks, plans and add-ons that you have paid for are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we did not deliver what you paid for. You can cancel a plan at any time. It then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
A website built with Colleo goes live only after you approve it. You are responsible for its content, including prices, photos and contact details. We may take a site offline if it breaks the law or these terms.
We work to keep Colleo running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features, and will tell you about changes that matter. Features marked as planned are not promised until they are released.
You can stop at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. On request we will delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Colleo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
