How AI is used in Colleo

Plain answers about what the AI does, what it does not do, and how you stay in control.

The AI writes drafts, you decide

Every staff member starts as draft only. Nothing is sent or published until you approve it. You can let low-risk work go out on its own for each person, and you can switch that off again at any time.

What is always held for you

Drafts that mention refunds, payments, contracts, passwords or similar sensitive wording are held for your approval every time. HR, contracts, invoicing, bookkeeping, procurement, SEO and reviews can never go beyond draft only.

AI can be wrong

AI can state things that are not true, miss context, or sound off. Read drafts before you use them. Check numbers, prices, dates and promises. We do not guarantee that drafts are accurate.

What we do not let it do

Make up facts about your business. Staff are told to use only what you gave them and to ask for a person when unsure
Act in your accounts without a connection you set up and allow

Everything is recorded

The activity log shows what each staff member did and what you decided, so you can check the work and correct it.

Your content and AI

Your content is used only to produce your drafts. We choose AI providers whose business terms do not allow your content to be used to train their models.

Tell us when it goes wrong

If a draft is harmful, wrong in a way that matters, or you find a problem, write to contact@colleo.ai. We will look at it and fix the cause.
